THE DATE: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2007; 6:00 p.m. � 9:00 p.m. Cocktail reception, Hors d�ouerves, and Entertainment.

THE PLAN: Girari, the leading provider of and the first to debut an eco-sensitive rental line of glass/acrylic tables and seating, offers its product as an event tabletop �blank canvas�. Event Producers, Tabletop Decorators, and Floral Designers will combine to form NINE competing project teams for a �Tabletop Shootout�. The theatrical �canvas� will be made up of different and challenging glass banquet table configurations at dining and bar heights. Winners will be announced at 8:00 p.m.

THE VENUE: Girari Showroom, 205 N. Robertson, Beverly Hills, California 90211.

THE PURPOSE: To bring attention to the event production industry�s effort to go green without losing a highly dramatic aesthetic. Prizes to be awarded to the winning teams include $5,000, $2,000, and $1,000 in event rental credits (respectively for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place) for Girari�s sustainable line. A "People�s Choice Award" chosen by event attendees will also be awarded.

We Have Nine Highly Creative Decorating Teams Competing on September 25:

Alice Charlier Events
They bring to Los Angeles� event industry an artful form of entertaining and keen awareness of progressive European trends. Alice continues to keep close ties with the European event industry punctuated with a level of sophistication that is unsurpassed in her industry. She�ll be decorating the Girari Penta table.

AN Catering
Their flagship restaurant Crustacean is hailed as one of the nation�s best restaurants. Its award-winning Euro-Vietnamese design and French Colonial splendor of the main dining room is evident in the family�s catering arm and in the Girari Triangular dining table showcase they�ve conceived.

Aesthetica Events
Shay Watson�s uber cool vibe has won him clients like Monique Lhuillier, Singer Robbie Williams, and Actress Anne Hathaway. He�ll be creating a display on the Girari Triangular table at bar height.

DKK Events
Deborah Kattler Kupetz is known as a green event strategist. Her diverse team has produced private and corporate events and consulted with Fortune 500 companies on green event production for the past two years.

Dream Events
Dream Events, located in Las Vegas, NV, is a full service event production company with over 25 years of combined experience in designing, implementing and executing corporate and special events for some of the most notable national and international companies. They will be decorating a Penta dining table with high display table.

Grand Events
Grand Events is a full service event planning and production company specializing in spectacular custom event decor for weddings, mitzvahs, social and corporate events. They will be decorating a rounded square dining table.

Santini-Concepts
A Wedding and Event Production firm based in Bakersfield, CA that produces weddings and events for the Central California area traveling as far as Mexico for the simple to the most extravagant affairs. Their canvas will be the rounded square dining table.

Simply Mumtaz
Mirrors Girari�s commitment to creating responsible and sustainable practices in event production. For the signature Girari Penta dining table, the team of Joella Hopkins and Karli Tanner will offer an eco-chic tabletop design with live floral centerpieces, hand-made cotton papers with soy ink, and myriad other appointments that are recycled, reusable and repurposed. Mumtaz will also dress the Penta�s low inner companion table.

Ultimate Lighting
Ultimate Lighting Inc, formerly known as Kinetic Sculptures and is owned by Ronen Mintz, specializes in event visual effects, lighting, and design for the private and the corprate world for the last 12 years. Today, Ultimate Lighting Inc is promoting the idea of "green" events and the use of recycled or reclaimed material, and less power consuming lighting fixtures (L.E.D's). Expect a glowing rounded square bar table.
